Crossroads Culinary is designed as a full commercial kitchen on wheels and culinary teaching school. The name was inspired by songs such as Crossroads by Cream featuring Eric Clapton and movies like Crossroads starring Ralph Macchio. 

Great food can truly be the crossroads joining family, love, and a healthy life. It is a combination of cuisines from around the world and inspiration to create outstanding savory culinary delights.  Please join us on this journey and enjoy outstanding culinary adventures! We have regular stops in the Gastonia, Cherryville, Lincolnton, and Shelby areas.

In a Place Near You

We bring great food to locations all over the area. Our calendar below shows our scheduled events, but be sure to follow our social media for updates on locations and specialty menu items. Our current regular location is the Handy Pantry in Dallas on 279 on Tuesdays from 11:30 am to 3 pm. Feel free to call and schedule pick up orders.

Catering

We cater! Contact us to talk about the options for catering for your next event. The catering selections are customizable to your needs. We can also create dishes that are not listed to your wishes. Our calendar books up fast, so contact us soon.

Pre-Order Corporate Lunches

Contact us by phone or crossroadsculinary@gmail.com about lunch specials for your group. Pre-orders are submitted one week before and made hot and fresh for a scheduled pickup time, delivery or the trailer can be on site fully staffed. Orders can be emailed or completed online.

Chef Matt is an invited member to the brigade of professional chefs for the Masters at Augusta National.

Chef Matt's Signature Hot sauces

Matt's hot sauces are available wherever we are! These sauces are crafted from years of experience. Flavor forward, with the heat you'll love. Some, take over several weeks of careful cooking to make.

The two featured sauces are Habanero on everything - A vinegar based sauce with infused garlic and habanero peppers.

The second and best seller is Buffalo style Ghost Chili - A sauce designed for pepper heads. Full with flavor of mango, garlic, onion and a lot of heat! Ask for a sample!

Brisket? Ooooh Yeah!

Straight from living in Texas and competing for several years. Certified pitmaster Matt created award winning brisket which is trimmed, seasoned Texas style, and slow smoked for at least 24 hours on post oak and then pulled. The sandwich is a combination of the point, flat and burnt ends.
