Crossroads Culinary is designed as a full commercial kitchen on wheels and culinary teaching school. The name was inspired by songs such as Crossroads by Cream featuring Eric Clapton and movies like Crossroads starring Ralph Macchio. Great food can truly be the crossroads joining family, love, and a healthy life. It is a combination of cuisines from around the world. Please join us on this journey and enjoy outstanding culinary delights! We have regular stops in the Gastonia, Lincolnton, and Shelby areas. Check our menu often to see new additions and specialty items.
Serving new and requested seasonal menu items. Chef Matt's pulled pork sandwiches, BBQ chicken hoagies with our signature bbq sauce and chicken tacos are available. Angus burgers will come off the menu but will be available during Handy Pantry visits and for special events by request.

Straight from living in Texas and competing for several years. Our award winning brisket is slow smoked for at least 24 hours on post oak and seasoned Texas style. The sandwich is a combination of the point, flat and burnt ends.
